Working Process

Press the "start" button, the spray system, the horizontal brush began to decline, when down to the bottom end, the horizontal brush, side brush began to rotate, car washing machine forward moving along the guide.

When the horizontal brush with the vehicle surface has a certain degree of contact, horizontal brush began to rise, and fake car shaped cleaning is then performed along the surface of the vehicle, when washing machine round brush with a car wheel pair, the washing machine start stop walking, side brush automatic rotation, when the washing machine side brush contact to the front of the car to a certain extent, side brush began moves from side to side, and along the sides of the car wash. When cleaning the vehicle rear surface, horizontal brush began to decline, the side brush began to central closure.

Gantry Car Washing Machine System Components:

The whole machine is composed of frames, top brush, side brushes, spraying system, electric control.

1.Frame(one set)

Frame is the main part of the car washer. It is made of joint steel tubes, with cover of anticorrosive panels. The left and right columns and the top casing are coated and connected with bolts. On the two columns and the top casing are separately installed with the top brush, air duct, wheel brushes, spraying system, air-operated system and electric control system. Under the two columns are separately installed with driving and driven rollers. And the driving roller is connected with speed-down machine through a set of chain wheels.

2. Top Brush(one set)

The top brush is installed on the frame,The bearing on the left end of top brush is connected with guide way, And so is the motor of speed-down machine on the right end. Parts of the top brush are installed on the left and right track. The left end of top brush is connected with counter balance through chain, with the help of pulley. And the right end is respectively connected with counter balance and cylinder though sets of pulleys. On the upper and lower frame of counter balance are separately installed with limited bumper block. Press  ''Wash'' , and the counter balance will touch the proximity switch. The top brush begins to rotate and the car washer travels forward. When the top brush touches the car surface, because of the current change of motor, the magnet valve changes the direction, cylinder lets in air, and the top brush begins to rise. The top brush solves the washing problem of the ceiling, front and back of the washed car. The top brush moves up and down along the track. The moving distance is controlled by cylinder and balanced by counter balance. Its rotation is realized by the motor with speed-down machine on the right side.

3. Big Side Brush

Parts of side brushes are installed on the set track of frame. Side brushes are composed of rotating device, air-operated system, and checking system.

1) Rotating Device

Rotating device is the main part of the side brushes. Motor with speed-down machine is installed on connection board with bolts. The lower end of the speed-down machine is connected with side brushes to drive them to rotate, through flange plate. Connection board is connected with traveling dolly of side brushes through a piece of pin axis. And dolly is installed on track through four nylon traveling wheels (two wheels up and two wheels down) and four guide wheels (two wheels at the front and two wheels at the back) which are installed on track . And this makes dolly glide on the track through rollers to help side brushes open and close.

2) Air-operated System

Air-operated system is composed of two cylinders on the left and right. The end of cylinder is connected with connection board fixed in routing duct , through pin axis. The piston rod adaptor of cylinder is connected with tie-in which jointed on dolly . This drives the dolly to travel left and right through intake and extract of cylinder to realize the open and close of side brushes.

3) Checking System

Checking system is available for the supervising and controlling of the opening and wavering range of side brushes. When the car washer begins to travel, side brushes start to rotate. And when touching the back surface of the car, side brushes begin to incline. Current sensor in electric tanks gets the signal to change the direction of magnetic valve. Cylinder begins to work and side brushes open to help side brushes realize the peripheral wash of the car and the touching degree of side brushes and car surface through current sensor. If side brushes deflect too much from the vertical position, side brushes don't work. Sensor 1 helps to give the signal to stop the car washer. Rubber mat on frame has function of shock absorption, buffer, and rectifying error to help side brushes to promptly return to the working condition. After side brushes return to the normal situation, the car washer continues to travel automatically to finish the peripheral wash of the car.

4. Spraying Water System

Spraying system is for wash and wax. It can work according to the condition of cars, as the request of clients. The washing process is finished by spraying system.

Water pipe made of cents of galvanized steel tubes, is fixed on the columns of frame. User can prepare water tank or water pool according to his own requirements. Water in water tank is drawn out by water pump. Wax tank and shampoo tank can be made into one, with the middle separated. Wax pump and shampoo pump are fixed on frame of the car washer.

When the car washer works, water pump extracts fresh water from the water tank or pool. Pimp lets in fresh water and wash the ceiling and sides of the car through nozzle

5. Electric Control System

The core part of the whole machine control system is PLC programmable logic controller. Washing machine cylinder of the pneumatic control system, injection system, the liquid flow direction control the solenoid valve, the photoelectric sensor and proximity switch detection, by the program to achieve traction movement control of horizontal brush, a big side brush, side brush, a wind pipe, a spray and washing machine. Just click the "start" button, a one-time completion of automatic cleaning, air dry (such as with air drying system) the whole process.
