Booth System

The booth adopts an assembled structure, self-made rock wool board thermal insulation wallboard, with a capacity of 120kg/m³, good thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and a total wall thickness of 60mm. Decorated with aluminum alloy frame around the room body, the whole paint room is elegant and generous in appearance and durable. The door has a self-made flat door structure, and a large tempered glass observation window is installed to facilitate the observation and operation of the painting. The safety door is equipped with 2 mechanical pressure locks, which can be opened to relieve pressure. The base has a height of 300mm and is assembled by bending galvanized sheets and steel structural beams, with 3 rows of electro-galvanized ground nets and 2 rows of non-slip checkered plates on the top to meet the working weight.

Lighting System

Equipped with 4X18X10 sets of 45°top side lights, LED cold light source lighting tube, plus tempered glass cover, illuminance above 1000Lux. The lamp flap is sprayed with plastic, which is beautiful and can prevent the phenomenon of rust.

Air Filtration System

The C-shaped steel top net frame structure facilitates the installation and replacement of the top filter material.

Air Supply And Exhaust System

It can be reversed, profile frame, 2 sets of 4KW fans, air volume 25000m³/h, outer cover galvanized sheet, upper air intake, and electric air door for spray grill conversion. The exhaust system is equipped with 2 square tubes and 1 elbow.

Heating System

The profile frame, the Italian Riello RG5S oil burner, has a large heat generation and can meet the heating requirements in a short time, with low fuel consumption and long-lasting heat preservation effect. A heat exchanger made of SUS304 stainless steel material welded by argon arc welding has a large heat dissipation area, high heat exchange efficiency, and an explosion-proof pressure relief device.

Exhaust Gas Treatment System

Dry environmental protection treatment, equipped with drawer type glass fiber filter mat (customer optional).

Control System

Integrated panel control, Siemens contactor, mechanical and electronic temperature protection devices, with multiple protections such as anti-pressure, anti-over-temperature alarm, and anti-failure.
